Responsibilities include recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and managing placements, using an ATS system. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and Teams is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish for client/candidate communication.
• Reliable transportation to the Romeoville site.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage employees assigned to work.
• Provide customer service and maintain daily contact with general managers on assignments.
• Screen candidates, conduct orientations, monitor performance, and place field employees.
• Schedule interviews/appointments using job boards and social platforms.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to set and meet weekly goals.
• Complete new-hire paperwork and maintain client relationships.
