Job summary

Price Industries Inc. seeks a Human Resources Assistant for our manufacturing facility in Suwanee, GA.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required; you will report to the HR Manager and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via our ATS, phone screens and interviews, coordinating onboarding, and conducting routine check-ins.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment processes.
• Minimum of two years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding through the company ATS, job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.
• Generate headcount, recruiting, turnover, and other HR reports for management.
• Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HRIS databases.
• Provide bilingual support to Vietnamese-speaking employees and escalate issues as appropriate.
