Job summary

SKL'D in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for a contract-to-hire position. The role serves as the first contact for employees and third parties on HR matters and supports weekly payroll submission.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Vietnamese, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have at least a high school diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent. Proficiency in PayCom is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR questions, in person, by phone, and by email.
• Interpret and translate between English and Vietnamese.
• Maintain digital personnel records and employee files in SharePoint.
• Support the weekly payroll submission process.
• Prepare new hire kits and assist with onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment screening.
• Track attendance points and distribute weekly attendance notices to supervisors.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and recruiting calls, and take meeting minutes.
• Handle employee inquiries with strict confidentiality and escalations as needed.
