Job summary

SKL'D is seeking a Human Resources Admin for our Suwanee, GA client. This role is the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and supports weekly payroll submission.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Vietnamese, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering HR questions, translating between English and Vietnamese, maintaining digital personnel records in SharePoint, assisting onboarding, coordinating interviews, and handling

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (speaking required).
• Experience as HR Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first HR contact for employees and third parties.
• Translate between English and Vietnamese.
• Maintain digital personnel records in SharePoint.
• Support weekly payroll submission.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment screening.
• Track attendance and distribute notices to supervisors.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and taking meeting minutes.
• Handle confidential employee inquiries.
