Job summary

YQN is seeking a bilingual full-cycle recruiter to join our HR team in Buford, GA. You will manage sourcing, interviewing and onboarding to hire qualified, motivated individuals who fit our culture and goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, proven full-cycle recruiting experience, and strong knowledge of ATS/HR software. Chinese is highly preferred; excellent communication and multi-tasking are essential.

• Prepare and extend job offers and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in recruitment.
