Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Rapid Rehousing Plus Care program in the Denver area. You will perform needs-based assessments, provide intensive case management, and collaborate with housing partners to secure stable housing.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred to better serve diverse clients. Position requires use of a personal vehicle for field work across the Denver Metro area, and a commitment to VOACO’s mission of serving neighbors in need with dignity

Qualifications

• Needs-based assessments and case management for participants.
• Provide housing navigation and connect clients to resources.
• Engage with community service providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; English required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate reporting in data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based assessments and outreach.
• Provide wrap-around case management to households with barriers to housing.
• Assist with housing navigation, income resources and rental assistance.
• Attend meetings, trainings and collaborate with service providers.
