Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a bilingual Case Manager to deliver housing case management for families in our Theodora Family Hotel program. You will conduct needs-based assessments, coordinate services, and assist with housing stability through Housing First and CTI approaches.

The role requires Spanish fluency, strong communication, and experience with HMIS/Service Point. Location is Denver, CO with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or closely related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing case management and ensure participant engagement in services.
• Collect documents to obtain and maintain housing eligibility.
• Coordinate with community providers and Housing First/CTI-based services to support families.
