Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to coordinate residential or organizational moves. You will communicate with customers by email or phone to prepare documents and work closely with the moving team to ensure accurate packing and loading.

Required bilingual English/Japanese, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and at least one year of customer service experience. This role may require overtime and driving cargo vans. Competitive benefits apply.

• Clear communication with the driver and moving team.
• Overtime available to meet customer needs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to drive cargo vans.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: communicate with the customer by email or phone to complete necessary documents to coordinate the move
• Ensure shipment documentation is properly completed as required
• Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer goods
• Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal and loading of customer’s goods
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team
• General business support function as assigned
