Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a proactive HHG Coordinator (Household Goods Moving Coordinator) to lead on-site moving operations and coordinate daily activities.

The role requires bilingual English/Japanese communication, supervision of moving teams, and handling customer inquiries, estimates, and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel and overtime expectations.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (speaking, reading & writing) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform moving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate moving teams (drivers, HHG helpers) in relocation of customer household goods.
• Supervise packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking of belongings.
• Provide on-site/remote moving estimates and maintain client relationships.
• Offer bilingual communication and translation between Japanese and English.
• Maintain shipment documentation, inventory records, and delivery receipts.
