• Fluent English and Spanish required for daily bilingual communication.
• Experience in help desk, support, or virtual assistant roles.

• Onboard restaurant clients to ordering and delivery platforms.
• Guide clients through settings, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier-1 help desk support and answer questions.
• Interpret between English and Spanish during vendor conversations.
• Offer light customer success support for platform adoption.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups and information organization.
• Assist with general operational tasks to support the founder.
