OpenKrill is hiring a Customer Support Representative in a remote-first setup. You will engage with restaurant owners and guests in Spanish and English, delivering empathetic, precise support across calls, chats, and emails.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of customer support in a B2B SaaS, tech, e‑commerce, or software environment.
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced support role with clear performance expectations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience handling escalations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Experience in a CRM (Salesforce) and familiarity with telephony tools (Intercom, TalkDesk).
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization across multiple cases.
• Ability to stay calm, respectful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Reliable home workspace with stable internet and minimal background noise.

• Deliver hospitality-driven, empathetic support across a high volume of inbound calls and messages.
• Support restaurant owners and guests via calls, chats, and emails with clarity and care.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks with strong organization and follow-through.
• Take ownership of complex or high-priority issues and drive resolution.
• Aim for 90%+ customer satisfaction while upholding quality and accuracy.
• Document interactions clearly in Salesforce to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with teammates in Slack to maintain a high-quality team experience.
• Share knowledge and best practices to raise team performance.
• Identify recurring issues and surface insights to improve tools and processes.
