The Restaurant Store, part of Clark Associates, seeks a bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist to assist foodservice professionals worldwide. You will communicate in Spanish and English to resolve orders and provide product information.

Based in Lancaster, PA, this hybrid role requires you to be in the office two days per week and help customers navigate the website, chat, email and phone support while building loyalty and growing the business.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish and English communication.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about orders and products.
