Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and field staff.
• Maintain professional demeanor while communicating with customers and families.
• Work closely with medical facilities to act as an information hub.
• Conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner when dealing with patients.
• Develop solutions for existing clients and manage patient referrals.
