Job summary

Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for an onsite role in Houston, TX. You will respond to Medicare Advantage inquiries, guide members through benefits, claims, and enrollment, and advocate for members with empathy and accuracy.

The position is contract-to-hire, full-time with an 8-hour shift between 7am and 8:30pm, including breaks. Bilingual Spanish required and pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77070.
• Onsite role with full-time schedule.
• Intermediate level experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, timely support.
• Navigate benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services to resolve issues.
• De-escalate concerns and provide personalized, compassionate service.
• Access member information using internal systems with a human-centered approach.
• Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes and experiences.
• Adhere to operational procedures and regulatory requirements to protect member data.
