Job summary

TEKsystems in Houston, TX is seeking bilingual Customer Experience Agents for a full-time onsite role. You will be the first point of contact, delivering empathetic, efficient service to Medicare Advantage members and guiding them through benefits, claims and enrollment.

This contract-to-hire position offers a pay range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour and requires strong communication skills, an ability to de-escalate and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Work is fully onsite in Northwest Houston.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for member communications.
• Strong empathy and active listening to resolve inquiries.
• Ability to document interactions and maintain data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound Medicare Advantage inquiries with accurate, timely support.
• Navigate benefits, claims, enrollment and clinical services to full resolution.
• De-escalate concerns and provide personalized, compassionate assistance.
• Use internal systems to access member information while maintaining human connection.
• Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes.
