You will handle basic and routine inquiries across multiple channels, maintain HIPAA-compliant practices, and guide customers through online applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (secondary language).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, web chat, or written letters).
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Follow policies and HIPAA rules.
• Assist callers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Report problems through the online system to appropriate parties.
