Job summary

TEKsystems in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to serve as the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members. This full-time onsite role is based in Northwest Houston, with an hourly pay range of $22.00–$24.00 and a bilingual Korean requirement.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution while maintaining a compassionate, customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members, providing accurate, timely, and warm support.
• Navigate complex issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services, advocating for members' needs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure full resolution.
• De-escalate concerns and provide personalized, compassionate support.
• Access member information using internal systems and tools while maintaining focus on human connection.
• Document interactions and share feedback trends to improve processes and experiences.
• Adhere to operational procedures and regulatory requirements to protect member information.
