Addison Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Call Center Representative for an onsite contract role. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, document interactions, and provide timely information and solutions.

Must have 2+ years in a contact center, be proficient with PCs and EMR systems, and follow HIPAA/PHI security requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; hours Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm; pay $20/hour with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of contact center experience.
• Knowledge of PHI privacy requirements.
• Proficient with PC and EMR software; strong listening and documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding accounts professionally and efficiently
• Document calls accurately in company systems
• Follow up on unresolved queries and callback requests
• Provide advice, information, and solutions to customers
• Stay current on procedures and campaign knowledge
• Meet performance targets in a team environment
• Follow quality scripts and maintain quality scores
• Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced setting
• Represent the organization professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong commitment
• Attend performance and staff meetings as required
