Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service and merchandise selections, both pre-need and at-need. You will generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach, while delivering compassionate support at services.

The role offers an estimated first-year earnings range of $50,000 - $70,000 with uncapped commissions. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for the first six weeks accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; travel to client and community events.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Leads generated through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
