All Care Therapies in Katy, TX seeks a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to support our outpatient team. You will handle emails and calls, schedule appointments, and guide admissions with proper medical administrative procedures.

Responsibilities include managing patient records, coordinating admissions/discharges, and translating as needed for caregivers and staff. Full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must be available full-time; Monday–Friday 9:00AM–6:00PM.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with thorough follow-up.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to emails, calls, and mail for the facility.
• Schedule appointments for patients and clinicians.
• Guide staff and patients through admissions and proper medical administrative protocols.
• Check and verify information on patient records.
• Coordinate admissions and discharge of patients.
