Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus.
• 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical, therapy, or healthcare setting is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling software.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing and co-pay collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records (EHR).
• Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and administrative staff.
• Manage front desk supplies, mail, and general office organization.
