Athletico Physical Therapy in Chicago is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Manager, PES, and clinical teams to support revenue cycle performance, scheduling, and patient communication, with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, including demographics and insurance verification.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle targets.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
