Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or customer service experience.
  • Experience scheduling appointments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a law firm—but it’s not required. We can teach legal. We can’t teach attitude.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Two or more years of experience in reception, administration, hospitality, banking, healthcare, customer service, or another client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High School Diploma or GED
