Access Community Health Network is seeking a frontline receptionist to greet patients, verify information, and guide them through check-in and scheduling. You will process payments and collect data to ensure a smooth visit within our patient-centered medical home model.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, teamwork, and using Epic EMR. Evening and Saturday shifts may be required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
