Job summary

Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) welcomes patients to a friendly, efficient front desk experience. As the first point of contact, you will check in patients, collect data, schedule visits, and process payments to ensure smooth, welcoming visits.

The role supports ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model with high-quality customer service. Visionary candidates will join a mission-driven team focused on community health equity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are essential for daily tasks.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact at the front desk and create a welcoming environment.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a smooth visit.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support patient-centered medical home model.
• Receive comprehensive training with Epic EMR software.
