Job summary

Access Community Health Network in Chicago seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to welcome patients, guide check-in, collect data, schedule appointments, and process payments, ensuring a smooth visit and great first impression. You will receive comprehensive training with Epic EMR, support a patient-centered medical home, and contribute to community health outcomes.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, availability for some evenings and Saturdays, CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients' first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
