National Vision seeks a Receptionist for its America’s Best branded stores in the United States. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers warmly and helping schedules flow smoothly while maintaining patient records with accuracy and care.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic office duties, and the ability to handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced retail environment. Sunday closures support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Receptionist or front desk is preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide high quality service.
• Answer and direct calls per National Vision protocol.
• Manage appointments and follow-up visits.
• Maintain patient records and organize files daily.
• Assist with insurance information and documentation as needed.
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
