Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time) for America’s Best in Sanford, FL. As the face of the store, you greet customers, keep patient records organized, and help schedules flow smoothly.

Sunday shifts are off; the store is closed every Sunday. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, with 0–2 years experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple phone lines. Education: High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Receptionist/front office experience preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service in person or on the phone.
• Maintain organized patient records and help schedules flow smoothly.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls according to protocol.
• Process and understand managed care plans with insurance info as needed.
• Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
• File patient records daily and pull files for next day's appointments.
• Check order status and notify customers of delays.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Attend regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.
