Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish) to greet customers, manage schedules, and handle calls and records at our Mansfield, TX location. The role supports smooth store operations with a friendly, professional presence.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and capable of handling multiple lines. Prior receptionist experience is a plus, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the store.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule flow.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls per National Vision protocol.
• Provide basic information to customers and assist with insurance questions.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
