Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, reliable, organized, and comfortable learning new computer systems. No orthodontic experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and families with a smile.
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Communicating with patients in English and Spanish.
• Verifying insurance benefits.
• Collecting patient payments.
• Maintaining accurate patient information.
• Helping patients understand their appointments and treatment.
• Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly.
• Collaborating with the orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Supporting our other offices when needed.
