Bubon Orthodontics is looking for a friendly Front Desk Specialist to join our team in Chicago. You will be the welcoming face for patients and their families, handling phones, scheduling, and check-ins, while supporting our orthodontic team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, reliable, organized, and comfortable learning new computer systems. No orthodontic experience required—training provided.

We’re looking for a positive, outgoing, bilingual Front Desk Specialist who loves connecting with people, enjoys a busy day, and takes pride in making patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your primary office will be our Millennium Park location, with opportunities to support our Niles and Lakeview offices when needed. If you’re friendly, dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a team where your personality matters, we want to meet you!

Don’t have orthodontic experience? That’s okay! If you have great people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the rest.
