The position involves handling payments, scheduling, and coordinating with clinical staff, while maintaining accuracy and friendly service. Training provided; travel to sister clinics may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and provide information and assistance as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and manage front desk tasks.
• Check-in and register new and existing patients; notify clinical staff of arrivals.
• Collect required patient information (registration, medical history, HIPAA privacy).
• Process check-outs, collect payments, and schedule next appointments.
• Maintain accurate comm-log and update patient/parent communications.
