This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of customer service, 2 years of patient-service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual Spanish. Travel to sister clinics is required; pay is $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience and 2 years of patient service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required; strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and return voicemails.
• Check-in and check-out patients; collect information and payments.
• Manage front desk and assist clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date comm-log and clinic schedule.
• Respond to inquiries and assist walk-in patients.
• Travel to sister clinics as required and perform duties at other locations.
