Community Health Center of Clinton is seeking a Patient Service Associate to welcome patients, schedule visits, and handle a high-volume phone system. You will enter data into the EHR, verify insurance, collect copays, and keep confidentiality across all interactions.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and teamwork in a busy clinic environment. Full-time daytime hours with benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in medical office or medical assistant required.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy reception.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients, manage busy phone system, and document info in EHR.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage and collect copays.
• Balance end-of-day reports and support front desk operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in all interactions (HIPAA).
• Escalate concerns to site leads and assist with office inventory.
