Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families; check-in/check-out; provide appointment and policy information.
• Coordinate with clinical staff; act as communication hub for patients and care teams; adapt workflows for efficiency.
• Register new and returning patients; verify insurance; document demographics accurately; assist with sliding fee programs.
