Responsibilities

• Support front desk operations at Prosper Centers to ensure a welcoming client experience.
• Maintain referral logs, voicemails, and incoming calls.
• Coordinate operational needs with program staff and prepare spaces for events.
• Identify ways to improve client flow and reduce wait times.
• Demonstrate proactive, courteous, and culturally inclusive service.
