Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin to deliver fast, professional service at a storefront or service counter.

You will handle transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and top-ups, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Excellent Spanish and basic English communication are required, with a customer-centric approach to upsell products and support branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, and sell money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets and online sales.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, answer questions, direct them appropriately.
• Count and balance cash drawers, verify balances and handle cash responsibly.
• Identify and promote additional products and services to meet customer needs, cross-sell when possible.
• Comply with company, state and federal policies and protect client confidentiality.
• Keep track of all shift transactions using company systems and procedures.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, distribute flyers, and support campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
