PIH Health Downey Hospital is seeking a Front Office Representative I to support daily operations and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced medical office. The role requires strong telephone skills, data entry, and bilingual Spanish communication to assist patients and families.

You will work under supervision with the Office Manager, use EHR and practice management systems, and maintain calm composure during busy periods while delivering accurate charge entry and appointment scheduling.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year front office experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
• Computer data entry skills and proficiency with EHR/PM systems.
• Maintain composure in fast-paced situations and communicate clearly.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform front office duties in a medical office to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
