Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year front office experience in a medical office, including telephone management and charge entry.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 CM and CPT coding systems.
• Computer data entry skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform front office duties to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction.
• Manage telephone inquiries and scheduling.
