Job summary

Laguna Beach Community Clinic is seeking a full-time Operations Support to join our front office. You will be the first and/or last contact for patients, handling phones, scheduling, intake, and payment setup in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish with prior medical front office experience; proficiency in filing, typing, and computer literacy is required. Some Saturdays per month may be needed; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Previous medical front office experience preferred.
• Filing, typing and basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments for patients.
• Complete intake, check-out, and maintain patient records.
• Explain clinic policies and determine payment methods.
• Use the clinic's integrated database system.
• Maintain knowledge of public programs (Medicare, Medi-Cal, etc.).

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Medical Front Office experience

Filing, typing, computer literacy

Education

Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred
