Job summary

Coastal Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a friendly, bilingual Front Desk/Patient Services Representative to join our Primary Care team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and organized, and enjoys helping patients in a fast-paced medical office.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You will greet patients, check in/out, verify demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, collect copays, and support referrals, medical records, and HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Work closely with clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Experience with electronic medical records and insurance verification is a plus
• Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years experience in the medical field preferred. Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing , Professionalism, Quality Focus, Team driven attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable transportation.
