Prime Source Foods in Londonderry, NH is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Center of the Plate Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our food-service clients. The role requires fluency in both languages and on-site work in Londonderry, NH.

You will handle inbound calls, take orders from existing customers, provide pricing from sales sheets, and assist Sales Representatives in creating new sheets and processing takeovers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required, reading and writing fluently.
• Experience in food service customer support preferred.
• On-site work in Londonderry, NH; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Answer and follow up on inbound calls until sales leads are created.
• Take orders from existing customers when Sales is unavailable.
• Enter orders from notes or by phone, provide pricing from sales sheets.
• Assist Sales Representatives in creating new sheets and processing takeovers.
• Track delivery shortages and communicate with Sales.
• Maintain customer accounts and process address changes and statements.
• Process returns and forward complaints to Sales as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
