Qualifications

• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for customer interactions.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Spanish- and English-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat about orders and products.
• Provide friendly, efficient solutions to foster loyalty and sales.
• Listen to issues, investigate, and offer strategic bilingual resolutions.
• Keep customers informed about order status with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with other departments to address product or service issues.
