Job summary

Real Floors is seeking an Installation Associate in Greer, SC to oversee subcontracted flooring installers. You will dispatch work orders, process inspections and deliveries, and provide support during installations.

The role requires strong communication with installers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has multiple years of phone-based customer support experience, excellent data entry accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in phone-based customer support preferred.
• Accurate data entry while talking on the phone.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Professional email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders to subcontracted flooring installers.
• Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and payment details.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve issues.
• Research work order chargebacks and warranties.
• Utilize knowledge of products to satisfy customers and retain business.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, billing and QA for positive customer experiences.
• Perform additional duties to support the team.
