Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Installation Scheduling Coordinator to review daily schedules and assign installation crews by expertise and availability. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with installers, plan logistics, ensure documentation, and support warehouse operations including forklift use.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes desirable.
Experience with office management systems, customer service procedures.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

Communicates with installers to ensure understanding of job specifications and requirements.
Schedule work to meet contractor's needs.
Coordinate installation follow-up visits for repairs and warranty issues.
Ensure documentation is complete and entered accurately into company systems.
Note changes and additions to customer orders as needed.
Address customer concerns and escalate as necessary for satisfaction.
Assist with daily warehouse functions including receiving, loading out installers, and use of a sit-down forklift.
