Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to satisfy immediate and unexpected needs by recommending credit union products and services with knowledge and confidence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional member service by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member financial goals.
• Advise members and assist with loan applications and documentation.
• Handle teller duties as needed and respond to member inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements.
