Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Assist in opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and explaining services to members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while following policies.
• Maintain branch security and balance cash drawer and vault procedures.
• Cross-sell MACU products to support member financial goals.
