Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Boise, ID is seeking a Financial Service Representative I to deliver exceptional member service and advise on financial options. You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and help members define and achieve their financial dreams.

Role is full-time with a starting pay of $19.00/hour plus incentives; bilingual Spanish support is encouraged. Excellent benefits, PTO, holidays, 401K matching, tuition assistance, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.
• Notary Public NMLS Certification and Mortgage Loan Originator eligibility.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs and advise on financial options.
• Open and service accounts and explain products and services.
• Cross‑sell financial products to meet member goals.
• Process loan applications and servicing; ensure compliance.
• Maintain professional, courteous member interactions.
