Job summary

You will assess member needs using AAA-style guidance, advise on products, open accounts, and support loan servicing and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services and advise members.
• Strong math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Cross-sell products and services as needs arise.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Process loan applications and assist with related loan servicing.
• Perform Teller duties as needed.
• Travel to other branches as required.
