Mountain America Credit Union is looking for a Financial Service Representative I to assist members with financial options, open accounts, and cross-sell products. You will use a consultative approach to understand needs and provide friendly service in person at our Payson branch.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to advise members on financial options.
• Proven ability to meet sales and service goals.
• Experience in retail banking or related sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs and advise on financial options.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member goals.
• Meet sales and service targets and contribute to member satisfaction.
• Call existing members for consultations and follow-ups.
